2016 Bourgogne Rouge, Gros Frere et Soeur

Deep, powerful, fleshy, a great Burgundy that will evolve towards animal, leather, spicy notes of great complexity.

Domaine Gros Frère et Soeur is a Burgundy wine producer based in Vosne-Romanée. It makes a range of Pinot Noir-based wines from some of the region's top vineyards, including the grands crus Richebourg, Échezeaux, Grands Échezeaux and Clos de Vougeot. The domaine also makes white and red Hautes Côtes de Nuits wines, and wines from several premier cru vineyards in Vosne-Romanée.

 

Bourgogne Rouge wines are the still reds produced under the generic Bourgogne appellation. Created in 1937, it covers those Burgundy wines made from vineyards without location-specific titles. Bourgogne Rouge wine can be produced from grapes grown in any one (or more) of 300 communes throughout Burgundy.

BANFI CHIANTI SUPERIORE

 A powerful and balanced wine, characterized by exceptional fruity notes with hints of jam. In the mouth, it is distinguished by its softness which is however well balanced by a good acidity. Rich and persistent in the finish.

Castello Banfi was founded in Tuscany in 1978 by Italian-American brothers John and Harry Mariani. It had its origins in their father's business, Banfi Vintners, which was founded in 1919 and was America's leading Italian wine importer at the time. Today, Castello Banfi has vineyards throughout the northwest coast of Italy, from Piedmont, to Chianti Classico, Bolgheri and Montalcino.

Chianti, situated in the region of Tuscany in central Italy, is home to probably the best-known of all Italian wine districts, closely associated with red wines based on the Sangiovese grape. A tasting of Chianti is characterized by red and black cherry characters, along with savory notes, wild herbs and spice, supported by racy acidity and well-structured tannins.

 


2016 Pasqua Rosso Veneto Igt Passionesentimento R&J

Deep ruby red colour; Intense aromas of red cherries, cranberry and hints of vanilla and spices. Flavours of ripe cherries and spices, with soft tannins to finish.

Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine is an Italian wine estate that specializes in Veneto wines. It is widely recognized for its Valpolicella, Amarone, Soave and Prosecco wines, but is also known for its collection of wines created from other regional Italian and international grape varieties including Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Merlot and Sangiovese.

Veneto IGT – the region-wide IGT title for the Veneto region in north-eastern Italy – is one of the country's most widely used appellations. It covers a broad range of wine styles from Veneto, the engine room of Italy's wine industry. Each year, a substantial number of reds, whites and rosés are produced and sold under this title, in both sparkling and still forms, and even as sweet passito.

2017 Rheingau Riesling Feinherb QBA Rheingau, Balthasar Ress

Balthasar Ress 位於德國萊茵高產區,這是一個被雷司令統治了的產區,並且出產高品質的雷司令,在國際上與莫澤爾齊名,同樣聲名顯赫,不過在國內,熟悉它的人就不多了。萊茵高共有3160公頃,並不算大,其中90%位於萊茵河右岸,在Wiesbaden和Lorchhausen之間,剩下的在美因河畔的Hochheim附近。與莫澤爾相比,萊茵高沒有那麼陡峭的斜坡,萊茵河讓當地葡萄園的微氣候更為溫和。得益於此地的土壤結構和氣候條件,葡萄能夠完全成熟,很適合雷司令這種晚熟品種。地處萊茵高的Balthasar Ress酒莊是產區內最大的酒莊之一,世代紮根在Hattenheim這個重要的釀酒小鎮內。酒莊以酒店業起家,現任莊主 Stefan Ress是第四代莊主。如今,酒莊共有46公頃的葡萄園,其中有4個特級園,土質各有不同,90%都種植著雷司令,另外還有8%的Spätburgunder(黑皮諾)和2%的Weißburgunder(白皮諾)。
VDP含義為「德國名莊聯盟」,瓶頸上的鷹是其標誌性logo。目前約有200個成員,VDP的成員要求在自己葡萄園中至少有80%以上必須是德國傳統品種(通常是黑皮諾Pinot Noir和雷司令Riesling)並且必須採用生態友好的可持續耕種法。通過實行遠高於官方法定標準的嚴格要求,VDP成員一直保持著卓越的品質。所有的酒莊成員都要經過嚴格的定期審核來保證滿足標準。「自然與風土,與勃艮第差不多,自然的力量是巨大的,我們人類無法凌駕在它之上。葡萄酒其實不是一種產品,它是獨一無二的,每一年都有不同的因素影響著它。我們的任務是去維持並表現葡萄的本真,所以我們在酒窖內儘量減少人為干預,我們不想改變它,這不是我們的目的。這些年逐漸開始轉向有機種植法(禁用化學合成品但使用天然產品來消除蟲害),現在大概有6公頃葡萄園已完全有機種植,其他的葡萄園在之後也應該會慢慢轉變。」

 

義大利 帕斯可酒莊  茱麗葉白葡萄酒 

2017 Pasqua Bianco Veneto Igt Passionesentimento R&J

濃郁的櫻桃、李子等紅色莓果香氣,並

具有辛香料的氣息。酒體圓潤,單寧如 絲綢般柔順,香氣及架構層次豐富,尾 韻綿長。

動人明亮的紅寶石色酒體和迷人莓果香氣,就如熱戀中的羅密歐與茱麗葉般,有著化不開的 濃情蜜意。
手工採收葡萄後,採用傳統<Appassimento 風乾葡萄法>將部份的 Corvina 及 Merlot 葡萄 置於木架上風乾 30 天,葡萄流失 30%水分,含糖量增加,香氣風味更為強烈。和未經風乾 的葡萄汁在不鏽鋼桶中發酵後,在大櫻桃木橡木桶中熟陳 3 個月,再移至瓶中繼續陳年。
